Annual Cost for Plans Description
Individual Rate: $80
Family Rate: $100
Producer: 30% or $24 individual / $30 family
ACDD: 70% or $56 individual / $70 family
Assumptions: Based on 100 applications
Producer Compensation: 100 x $24 = $2,700 per year (IND) / $3,375 per year (FAM)
Incentive Breakdown: Producers and providers can increase compensation by 5% per application based on production marks.
Producers and Providers:
  • 1-50 applications = 30%
  • 51-75 applications = 35%
  • 76-100 applications = 40%
Assumptions:
  • 1-50 = $1,200 IND / $1,500 FAM
  • 51-75 = $1,900 IND / $2,375 FAM
  • 76-100 = $2,700 IND / $3,375 FAM
High Performing Incentive:
  • Once a producer reaches 40%, they will maintain 40% compensation for each application following 100 applications on a yearly basis.
  • 2nd year compensation will include an additional 5% bonus for the first 50 applications and 10% for the next 50 applications.
5-Year Projection Based on 100 Applications Per Year:
  • 1st Year: $2,700 IND / $3,375 FAM
  • 2nd Year: $5,400 IND / $6,750 FAM
  • 3rd Year: $8,100 IND / $10,125 FAM
  • 4th Year: $10,800 IND / $13,500 FAM
  • 5th Year: $13,500 IND / $16,875 FAM
5-Year Income Total:
  • IND: $40,500 / FAM: $50,625
  • 5-year income projection assumes renewal commissions each year, with 100% persistency of membership. All projections are for illustration purposes only.
  • Potential equity position available after a 3-year high-performance record. An equity position grants the same rights as other LLC members.
  • Termination occurs after no production within a given year. Renewal compensation will decrease by 50% upon termination. Renewal compensation is guaranteed for the life of the membership after a 5-year vesting period.
  • Forfeiture of renewals after 2 years of non-production within the first 5 years of appointment with ACDD.
